Without bees many plants would cease to exist. The variety of foods we have would dwindle to a few plants. Man would only be able to live off self/wind pollinated plants like wheat and maize. This would certainly affect our diets and health.
Nu-Life Beekeepers offers pollination services to farmers who want to increase their crop yields. Currently we supply bees for pollination to citrus and macadamia farmers.
